The Investor Review is a limited-scope visual walkthrough of the property for investment acquisition decisions. It is not a full home inspection.
During the walkthrough, we provide oral commentary summarizing our observations as we move through the building. Following the inspection, you receive a limited written report documenting the condition and any major defects observed in the following areas:
- Foundation and structural components
- Roofing
- Attic and ventilation
- Exterior chimney
- Heating and air conditioning system
- Plumbing system
- Electrical system
Minor defects and maintenance items discussed during the walkthrough are not included in the written report. Items and systems outside the scope listed above are not included in the report.
